Terms & Conditions — vipklbet Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between vipklbet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Member", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the vipklbet website and its associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live casino, lottery, and arcade titles.

• Exclusion Lists: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion, cooling-off, or enforced exclusion order on the vipklbet Platform or any associated platform.

To register a vipklbet account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if any details change.

The following obligations apply to all registered accounts:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your account access with any third party, including family members. All activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility.

• vipklbet reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time and to request supporting documentation as part of the KYC process.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the same name as the vipklbet account. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

The following general rules govern all wagering activity on the vipklbet Platform. Sport-specific, game-specific, and market-specific rules are published separately in the relevant sections of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. vipklbet does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been placed and accepted by the system, except in circumstances where a manifest error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical fault, system error, or manifest pricing error, vipklbet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This decision rests solely with vipklbet and is final.

vipklbet is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment for all members. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Collusion with other players or with vipklbet employees for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes or exploiting promotions.
• Exploiting software bugs or Platform vulnerabilities, whether intentionally or knowingly. Members who discover a bug are obligated to report it to [email protected] immediately.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform for any purpose connected to the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Use of stolen payment methods, fraudulent credit cards, or any form of identity fraud.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts under any circumstances.

vipklbet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help members maintain control of their gambling activity. Members may access the following tools at any time from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a long-term or permanent self-exclusion. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the elected period. vipklbet will use reasonable measures to prevent excluded players from re-registering.

vipklbet is required under its international licensing conditions to verify the identity of all members before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process may also be triggered by specific deposit thresholds, account activity patterns, or at vipklbet's discretion.

Documents typically required for KYC verification include:

Any verified real-money balance outstanding at time of closure will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC requirements and any outstanding wagering obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vipklbet's liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform shall be limited to the value of funds held in that Member's account at the time the claim arises.

vipklbet shall not be liable, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or anticipated savings arising from a Member's use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside vipklbet's reasonable control, including third-party network failures, payment gateway outages, or force majeure events.
• Errors or omissions in game outcomes or pricing that result from technical malfunction, provided vipklbet acts reasonably in addressing such issues.
• Losses arising from a Member's failure to safeguard their account credentials or from unauthorised access to their account where the Member has been negligent.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits vipklbet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

All content on the vipklbet Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, text, and data — is the exclusive property of vipklbet or its licensed content suppliers. All intellectual property rights are expressly reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. No Member may reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of vipklbet.

vipklbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they alter Members' rights, obligations, or the fundamental nature of the gaming relationship — vipklbet will provide at least 7 days' prior written notice via the email address registered to the Member's account.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Members in Malaysia acknowledge that online gambling operates under international licensing frameworks that may differ from Malaysian domestic law.
